- Staff were awesome, room was clean and spacious.
- Staff was helpful and cheery.
- Spacious rooms, nice balconies, full kitchens, convenient location to shops/restaurants, exceptionally courteous staff...
Cons -
- only problem was the toilet in the bathroom. there was no real way to sit on it... it was stuffed in between wall and sink. had to remove roll of toilet paper to be able to even try to sit down.
- The only complaint is the hospital is a stones throw away, making routine ambulance sirens a regular occurrence.

Staff were awesome, room was clean and spacious.

This location was ideal for my trip to the Kennedy Center. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times. The unexpected and very pleasant surprises were a balcony, a full kitchen, and full room service availability. I would definitely book.
