Pros +
- The room was reasonably sized and in a decent location. Accessibility is important to me and I liked that they had a ramp as well.
- The proximity to Kensington Gardens, Notting Hill, and two Tube stations is unbeatable! Front desk staff was consistently lovely and helpful. Appreciated the room service, restaurant with extended hours and gym.
- Great location. Free Parking in basement and comfy beds/rooms.
Cons -
- The room's sink was broken to permanently hot water. Though they claimed it was fixed initially, it was not, so we had to move rooms. The second room's shower head was broken. The groaning pipes were so loud the walls vibrated. Sounded like construction.
- I found the housekeeping to be lacking, they'd regularly forget to replace certain items and I had to call and ask three times to just get a few laundry bags. I know it's Europe but still found the queen-sized room quite small.
