Pros +
- Breakfast area was clean. They had cereal, waffle station with various toppings, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, various muffins, scones, bagels, egg frittatas, sausage patties, OJ, coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Everything was fresh and well stocked.Staff was very pleasant. Location was easy access to the freeway, Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge.
- Breakfast not too many options. Location was ok.
- The man working the front desk was the best part of our stay. The company should promote him. He was very kind and accommodating and represented the hotel very well
Cons -
- The hotel rooms are very outdated. I did know this based on reviews so that didn’t impact me much.Now the cleanliness of the rooms could use some attention. It was pretty dusty, some stains on the sheets, comforter and window shade. Bathroom floors, corners also need a scrubbing.
- Our room was dirty and smelled bad when we checked in. However the man at check in gave us a new room, made sure the new room was clean and good for us
