I like that the apartment was big and nicely decorated. The view from the terrace was amazing, with the sea and a small island in front of it. The kitchen has many utensils and pots for cooking. There are a pool and a private road to a small bay on the sea.

The accommodation is situated in Monte Argentario, in a part of the peninsula where the quality of the road is not good. The real problem is that between you (the guest) and the host there is an intermediating company that doesn't respond to your calls. Their suggestions for arrival were confusing and incomplete so it took us an hour to manage to go from the main road up to the accommodation. Also, the code for the gate was incomplete and the host didn't help us at all, as she doesn't speak any language than Italian. The water in the apartment is not drinkable. The electricity should be paid separately (35 euros per week). There is no hairdryer and the apartment doesn't have its own internet router. If you are lucky you can connect with the WIFI of that gated complex which works really slow. There were 2 episodes when the electricity was cut during/after some storms. Personally, I will not go back to the same place. I find it too expensive and stressful as an experience just to have a beautiful view on the terrace. The communication part was the worst, as the host was sending us to an administrator of the complex who was rarely answering his phone.
