Pros +
- Their towels are the softest of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Love the large shower head and strong water pressure. The linens seem clean and smelled good.
- They have ample parking and a cover breeze way. They also have a restaurant in the building so residents don’t have to leave for anything and a small store front
- Ray and the rest of staff were awesome. Parking was great just outside the lobby.
Cons -
- I don’t think they’ve finished renovating. Front lobby and dining look great. I hope they continue the renovation to the rooms. Rooms are really old and dated - exact opposite of the lobby and dining area.
- I understand when rooms are rented the company wants to keep cost down but may I suggest that keeping a small amount of rooms to temperature (mid to low 70's) might be a good idea. When we walked into the room it was pretty cold and we turned the heater on but took hours to reach a comfortable temp in the room. Just a thought...
- The hot tub didn’t work
