Location was perfect for sightseeing. The room and hotel were very clean, staff were friendly.

The booking required us to spend $30.00 per day in the hotel either in dining or the grind (coffee/snacks). They charge to your room regardless of if you use it or not.

The room wasn?t what the picture showed online. The bathroom was extra small and the sink was almost in the bedroom and the room was to small for me.

Great location, large and very clean room, would definitely stay here again

1. Charge $30/night and did not tell when check in. We realized we did not use it when we check out. 2. Valet parking is much higher than public parking garage. Hotel charges $80/day via public parking garage $21/day. 3. Bed mattress is so soft for us.

I was charged $133.oo extra. It really did not explain what it was for. I will be calling about it to see what the problem is.

Was charged Fees upon checking in that were not part of the original booking. I was also charged for a Restaurant Tab that was not mine.

There is is mandatory charge of 30 $ that I never had heard before. They told me I can go to their restaurant and get a credit for it. I went to the restaurant and ordered 2 eggs with bacon. the final charge was about 60 $ Canadian.

Unfortunately my room had a smell of cigarettes that didn?t go away until the air conditioning was running for awhile. The bathroom wasn?t as clean as advertised and needs a renovation

Parking is listed as $49 for cars. I parked 2 cars for one night and was charged $197.64 and nobody at the hotel did anything to rectify it until I complained. Now I have to wait for 24-72 hours for a call back while they hold $200 of my money.

The front desk was absolutely terrible. Very rude girl checking me in. Run of the mill DC service though.
