Tanoa Tusitala Hotel

Service at the restaurant & bar was probably what stood out the most! Not sure about front desk girls. Fiafia night was fun! And the empty gym was sooo nice!

Back door screen was broken in our room, no one came to fix it didn?t seem like a problem to them.

Love this hotel! Location, staff, and amenities. If you have an early flight before check-in time be prepared to wait for your room or book a day earlier so your room is waiting for you. One of the best comp breakfasts in town they cater to all diets

the dryer doesn't dry your clothes, a/c didn't work but engineering came up quickly to fix the issue. I forgot to report to the sink was slow to drain.

I just wish that the hotel management adds microwave in each room. This helps visitors in warming any food or milk etc. Please make it clear in your service that the WiFi is free for only one day and not for entire stay in the hotel I had bad experiences

Found it weird that we had to constantly put the signage card on our bed in order for housekeeping to change bed sheets etc ? I Would've thought that its automatic because had we not read the signage card then we wouldn't have known

The breakfast area was great n staff were great

Air conditioning didn’t have adjustable for speed of the air.

I personally love the gate that enclosed the hotel. The rooms were just perfect for our stay, and having a balcony on the side where the garden was was perfect for our young on to run around and play. The pool and bar area were also very nice. The staff was absolutely excellent. They were so kind and did such a good job attending to us. The bartenders were so amazing and checked in on us and said hi constantly. They treated us amazing. It was so nice. If we return we’d stay here for sure.

I wish there were screens to keep the bugs out.

Customer service was exceptional. Location was great. Facilities well maintained.

Our hotel room was upstairs and we had 8 bags, so a lift would have been really handy. Aircons worked but were a little faulty, however staff were very quick to get it sorted.

Even though many guests are here on holiday, it’s an easy place to relax after a day’s work – especially at the bar overlooking the pool area. The drinks are cold, the food is good, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding.The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. The shower can be a bit hit-and-miss, but with the natural warmth here, you don’t really need much hot water anyway. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making it a consistently great experience.

I really appreciated how well the gardens were maintained. The staff were accommodating, lovely to deal with, and always greeted us with a smile. The place was spick and span. Also loved how the music was playing by the bar area throughout the day whilst we enjoyed the pool area

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property, just some feedback. It would feel more welcoming and accommodating to have a well-lit walkway leading to the rooms, as it was quite dim. It would also be wonderful if the coffee machine was included with the included breakfast buffet. The Fiafia performers were amazing and so entertaining to watch as were the hosts. It would be even nicer if the grass area was well lit during the fire dance performance.

We moved the buffet breakfast was amazing! Even the beef burger on the menu was nice! And the service was really good the customer service they were amazing! The location is perfect!!!!

The pillows and cushions when we first arrived smelled really bad so we requested new pillow covers and then when we took off the pillow covers it had like 3 layers of pillow covers under them like they just put new pillow covers over and not remove the old ones.The shower drain is not good it dosent drain the water properly so it’s pretty yuck after having a shower to be honest I had to detol the floor so that I could feel clean.

Location- convenient to the town area ..Staff were very friendly creating a nice warm atmosphere .

The scaffolding at the front entrance caused havoc on the rainy day I left as this meant our transport had to park in the car park and had to run in the rain with some of my luggage,

Pool area was very relaxing, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.Wifi worked really good and the room was very spacious.Very close to shops, restaurants and general downtown area.

Could not chargeback to the room so we had to pay for each individual order from the bar.Had to get pool towels from reception instead of readily available by the poolside.

The air con leaked throughout my stay and the staff were notified. I was told that someone came and fixed it but it continued to leak water onto the chair while I was there.

Very convenient location. Large comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Great staff at the hotel. Overall, a lovely stay.

The food was average for the Fia Fia night considering the cost. Some of it wasn't even edible as it was too salty
