(1) We were told that Booking.com only gives them 10% and she was not going to accept the reservation.(2) Then she told us we had the wrong Verification Number and were told to call Booking for the correct number, which was verified. We were told she would not speak to a 3rd party. (2) We were told she not to contact Booking.com, to only contact them for reservations.(3) They told us that we were ripped off and would not accept the booking reservation number.(4) After several attempts to contact Booking.com/Help, we were told they only had a single room for $186. even though we were booked for a Junior Suite.(5) Then she found a Junior Suite and told us we could would get a 20% Discount for $180 plus Occupancy Tax of $32.40, totalling $212.40.We travelled from Long Island for 8 hours and had no choice but to pay for the room, even though we booked the Junior Suite with Booking.com.Last month, we had booked a room in September with Booking.com and the same person complained but she gave us the room.

No breakfast. Creepy. No towels and no way to get any. Bedding was visibly dirty.

IT WAS CLEAN AND QUIET

ARRIVING TO CHECK IN, ALL DOORS LOCKED AND HAVING TO CHECK IN WITH A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT KIOSK.ROOM WAS VERY SMALL.BED SHOULD HAVE BEEN A QUEEN WAS MORE LIKE A FULL. THERE WERE ONLY 3 PILLOWS ON THE BED,WHY WHEN THEY AREA TYPICALLY A STANDARD OF 2 PER PERSON?THE WINDOW SEAT BED WAS HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE.THE TOWELS WERE TINY AND HARD(NOT SOFT AND COMFY),AS IF NOT WASHED PROPERLY THEY WERE NOT MUCHBIGGER THAN THE BATHROOM MATT.
