- Staff helpful with requests to fix tv and acquire tip money.

- Smoking only allowed in the lobby.
Cons -
- I did not like the kiosk as a way to extend our stay. I'm not giving out my credit card information when there are others in the same small area. Not private at all.

- I will never stay at this hotel again. I arrived at 6:45 pm and the place is locked up tight. I finally found a kiosk where you are required to register. I felt that I was entering the Twilight Zone! Awful!
