I didn't like it because there was no Hair blower, i didn't wash my hair. by thenI have booked 2 people in 1 room and the biscuit available was only one pocket, which was opened and the pocket was folded to re-seal it. It was very disappointing and frustrating. There wasnt any hanger to use for our coats and we had to hang it in the bathroom door..

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortably. Excellent location and ample parking spaces. Good choice of food for breakfast.

Steph and reception were lovely friendly happy the room was clean and tidy. Didn’t like the bed but a bit eerie bit outdated maybe

Went down for breakfast on Tuesday. Lovely server very nice. Talk to everybody said hello went down Wednesday seven not so good or interested in the men and I felt totally ignored. Didn’t even bother to say good morning. She was young then never making it with excuse for her, but I wasn’t happy with that.

The property from outside looking nice, from inside I expected something more, dust everywhere, there wasn’t good enough communication from staff, breakfast wasn’t that bad, room was dirty, dust everywhere you look, toilets wasn’t the best clean for hotel , shower wasn’t working properly, taking ages until hot water run, very slow shower flows , it took us 40 min till we get properly washed!

The atmosphere, was like something bad happened around there, tv wasn’t working properly, spiders in the room, dust literally everywhere around the room… carpet wasn’t clean enough, rubbish all over the floor, specially hairs!!! Not happy at all

No bedside table on one side and no light for desk.Only one cup provided for tea/coffee in a double room.

It was very unclean and poor service. The room was basic and beds are old and uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok but they tried to charge me twice for it even though I had paid for it when I booked it. They said the my offered a buffet dinner but here was no such thing

Bed very comfortable clean room good shower could have been a bit more powerful but not the end of the world, breakfast small issue but food was good and plentyfull.

Checked in, got my key manually after the self service didn't work. Went to my room to find it a mess, cups, spoons, bedding all in a pile in the middle of an unmade bed, mattress exposed - glad it was a free upgrade, really made my day after a long drive. Got told that there was only two other rooms available, one had heating issues and couldn't be recommended, so had to have a twin room instead of my lovely upgraded room....

I like the location, quiet area , great staff looking after the guests.

The breakfast was little bit to early from 6:30 to 8:30 I think it should be little bit longer maybe to 10:00

We paid for “breakfast” and were told very insistently that it was “complimentary” we should have got a refund , the “a la carte” menu was shocking , we were charges £45 for a Tesco ready meals , a mixed rice sold as Biryani nothing else just the rice with two prawns a Butter Chicken , white rice and Nan bread , all microwaved in dessert bowls , we had to pay as we went although we also had to give a credit card over as well I thought that it was for a tab , I still do not know why , AND they charge £25 if you want your room serviced , I travel extensively and primarily in Kent , but do not tell me that you have a “South Asian” Chef then serve up overpriced microwaved meals from the Tesco express next door , it’s theft . When we arrived there was a workman fitting quadrant to the Lino , I have no problem with that , but I would have preferred that when he was talking on speakerphone he had used his “inside” voice , I am always happy to support small business , but in this instance its buyer beware , their prices are comparable to some outstanding Hotels in the Maidstone area , I have stayed in most of them , as I said , if you need just a room , and you can afford it , it’s ok. But I would recommend a hard pass on their food , oh and by the way , when your greater in the morning and they ask how would you like your eggs , don’t say scrambled , they only have fried , and bring earplugs , the bell ringing over the television noise was disconcerting to say the least . As is as , the staff were pleasant , but usury is usury .

Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. Good to have tea and coffee facilities, ironing board and iron. Linen and towels were of a good quality. Good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and efficient. It was really good value for the price and in a good location.

They were doing a bit of work in the hotel, which wasn't a problem. In the bathroom the toilet bowl was a bit stained and a toilet brush would have been a good thing.

The bed was uncomfortable, you only get 1 tiny wafer thin pillow, the room was boiling hot with no option other than a window to cool and the breakfast was poor

The room was very good although some of the fittings like the toilet seat were cheap plastic which the quality of the room didn't deserve.

The choice of an evening meal is poor but they are working on the dining room so there may be more choice when we next stay.

Good position that was easy to find and close to where I was working.

Renovation works underway. Work completed was good. Just needed more attention to detail. New carpets, bathroom suite but paintwork and windows needed sorting.

The location was convenient for my destination the next day

Paid for deluxe room and it didn't look anything like the pictures I saw. They had highways workers staying there and their lorry woke me up at 3am because they'd crashed into something in the car park. Shower was useless and plumbed the wrong way round.
