Pros +
- Front desk was polite
- I liked the fact that you could make your own waffles for breakfast. Andy helped me carry my luggage and other belongings into the hotel room even though I didn't check in until about 7:40 pm. He also had someone replace the TV remote that wasn't working on the evening that I reported it. He also cleaned the shower the day after I arrived upon my request. The shower head was great. It gave you different options for water flow.
Cons -
- I wish I took more pictures. I’ve never seen a room so dirty Crumbs on mattress, dirty/ stained sheets and mattress cover. Dirty footprint on the side of the wall. Bathtub had cigarette burns, the floor infront of the door had a hole in it. Secondary lock to the door did not work, concerning for security issues. Busted picture frame. Wreaked of weed. Don’t stay more than long enough to take pictures of the room
- The cereal selection for breakfast could have been better. I would suggest having at least one cereal that had no sugar. The choices were Frit Loops and Raisin Bran. The Raisin had sugar on the raisins. Also, it would have been nice if they had bagels with the option to put jelly or peanut butter on them. Some people would probably like cream cheese on them. Of course, I would want to the option to toast me bagel. I was there two nights so I had breakfast two days in a row. Furthermore, it would be nice if there was more than one chair in the room for people to sit on when they are eating. The couch was very low so it didn't give much support for someone who has physical challenges. If I sat there I'd really need to have a pillow behind me to support my back. Lastly, after Andy cleaned the shower it was still dirty. It just required scrubbing. The shower had permanent spots in the tub. It really needed to be remodeled.
- I wasn’t told that staff wasn’t going to clean room every day or every other day

It did make us a little uncomfortable, just the area and the hotel was dirty when we got there , the bathroom was soooo tiny and at like almost 2am there was a guy banging on the doors looking for some girl , not knowing his intentions just made us feel really unsafe , ended up switching hotels before stayed another night
