Hotel Versey Chicago Lincoln Park

Room was noisy, bed was comfortable, location was great. Was never able to get the TV google cast to work!

I could hear my neighbors, a dog was barking inside the hotel, outside noises were easily heard inside.

The accommodation is well located in a nice part of town (and for me, close to family, which was a plus). It's definitely chic....artistically unique amongst the more typical hotels, and that's a plus. I read that the rooms were small; I was given an upgrade from one bed to two - I assume because they were out of my reserved choice (single king) - so I cannot really can't comment on room size....though I had plenty of space under the circumstances. I like this hotel a lot, and I'll be happy to stay there again.

I could comment that the rooms were a bit "dated" but they were very clean and the "datedness" kind of adds to the chic nature of the place. That and they made it clear that they're undergoing some renovations that will likely counter this "dated" comment - might take some time but, in the meantime, it's just fine! There really wasn't much that fell in the "not like" category... Again, I'll have no problem staying here again.

The staff is wonderful! The rooms are very clean. I love the location. Beautiful decor. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff at desk. Colorful lobby. Good check out time (noon). Older rooms but clean and nicely painted. Location is great - many places to eat and on bus lines.

Pretty bare bones for the price, no convenient parking, expensive third-party ramp flat rate 25$ with no in/out.

Close to downtown and major attractions—good variety of restaurants.

Here's the concern: I didn't realize the hotel was on such a busy, loud street. Maybe I should have done more research, but there was significant noise outside at night.

Hard to find good affordable stays in this area of Chicago. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The downstairs is fun with a lot of memorabilia, comfortable seating and perfect lighting. Great food right down on Broadway.

Cleanliness for sure, friendly staff, and such a great location and sport for 20/30 year olds like myself. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

Wish the room was bigger. I was surprised at how small the room was for 2, but we made it work. Attempted to upgrade, but no options at the time.
