Food options, and the price was high for room

The location can't be beat. We were in town for a hockey game and the hotel has a walkway from the Parking garage into the arena.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete!

We got a terrible room on the 8th floor, which meant absolutely no view. Just some view of maintenance items attached to the building

This hotel has a great location to downtown Buffalo. The hotel is also one of the newer ones in the area.

Though I never requested a non-smoking room, I expected that all rooms are now smoke-free. Our room smelled of both cigarette and marijuana smoke so much, it woke us up in the middle of the night. We were disgusted... The room was very *minimal*

Wow! Amazing facility. Loved the decor, friendliness/helpfulness of the team, and room configuration and style. Very clean and excellent location. This was an exceptional experience.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was also fabulous!

Parking fee is somewhat high relative to the locale.

Room ridiculously small everything cheap furniture wise

Very clean and modern hotel. Room door has inspection sticker/seal informing guests that your room has been cleaned and no one has entered the room prior to you.

What i like best about the hotel was canal side beung right across the street. I also like the hotel set up as well as the view from my room

What i didnt like was for how much i paid for an overnight stay i had to pay for parking ,wifi , and breakfast as well not to mention i didnt even have a microwave in my room but for as much as i paid i just felt like that all should of been included

Downtown location required a parking charge

They charge u to use phone regardless if it's long-distance or not!!! Beware stay away from hear they Nicole and dime u like it's 1975....they tried charging me 600 dollers

Wasnt that keen on the pocket door for the bathroom. Would have preferred a standard door.

The location is tremendous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean.

This is not the hotel's fault, but we were returning to the hotel at the same time an event was ending at the Key Bank Center. The street to the self park garage was blocked, and we could not enter. We had to wait an hour until the event had let out.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location was good and within walking distance to restaurants.

The service was first rate. Have never rated a hotel this high before.

Valet parking was was very slow - but cheerful and apologetic.
