Sonesta Select Los Angeles LAX El Segundo

Location

No microwave. Fridge so cold that it frooze our food despite not keeping it in the freezer.Parking per day $35 . We asked for a late checkout, which was $30 per day.No complimentary breakfast.

I was told parking was free by receptionist and it's 35 dollars per day 👎 Room nice though

Location. Close to Sofi stadium. Cleaner and better room than 4-Star hotel right down the street.

Parking rates are too high.

Good location, quiet, nice sized rooms

The price for parking, wanted to charge $30 extra to check in 30 minutes early.

The hotel fire alarm went off at 5am waking us up having to come down and nothing was offered.. not a late check out or free parking

Bottom fitted sheet size double bed on a king size bed ! Another party walked into my room at 10.30PM I had to go three times to the front desk to have a key reissued Hotel staff washed their dirty rags in the laundry room as guests !

Free shuttle

The hairs on bed, dried spilled milk product beside bed side table and blood on bathroom door frame

One of our rooms had used towels on the floor and the tv on, like someone was already in there. I asked for 2 queens and they gave us 1 king and when I asked for a different room they said all the rooms were booked but gave us a new one after the towels.

More convenient

I was charged $120 not knowing why I started here few times I never left any messy or damaged anything so why I?m charging $120

free airport transfer and kids stay free.Quiet. Nice courtyard and facilities.

no breakfast included

shuttle service to/from LAX was prompt, the room was clean and well-appointed and staff were friendly.

Would have liked there to be food options other than breakfast, and the breakfast options were not great.

Location is very convenient

When i stayed there 3night then I request to clean up my room nobody clean and come until i check out

Staff was racially bias. Another customer also witnessed it.

Hotel was out dated. Charge for parking. Charge for earlier check in.

The room was really clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The balcony in my room did not open and room did not have any complimentary water bottles.

Clean, close to airport and close to restaurants In Walking distance

Proximity

It smelled of dog urine, even as you walk up to the front door and by the side door exits and in the room. THEE is FILTHY and the headboards are just as GROSS.... this hotel is DISGUSTING

How close it is to stores

Yes I was charged an extra 150 dollars for facility fees even though i only slept in the hotel

The rooms were great. The TV was a bit small for the room but was fine.

The staff. They were the most unhelpful, rude, with a nasty attitude. From management down to front desk. I did not encounter anyone that was remotely helpful or caring

It was walkable to food and the airport shuttle was quick.

The staff had no idea how to recommend getting a shuttle bus or taxi to rental car places. The floors and sofa were dirty.

The rooms were clean.

The staff didn?t answer the phone and any time I called to arrange the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. When I brought it up they made excuses like I called the wrong hotel and when I confirmed the number it was correct and they didn?t own it.
