Very clean. There is an elevator. Bed was comfortable. Electric outlets on both sides of the bed. Convenient to US 41, Menominee restaurants. Easy to access Wi-Fi.

The coffee wasn?t hot, so we skipped the complimentary breakfast. I think all hotel tubs and showers benefit from grab bars.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady did an amazing job as did the housekeeper. I loved being able to cook small meals in my room.

I would have liked to have measuring cups for making boxed meals. Please consider adding a measuring cup to the room's cooking utensils.

It is a pleasant place to stay and allow dogs, but I can see that some guests are abusing the right and wont be allowed soon if people abuse things as always. Yes its the place stay in Menominee Mi. Thanks to the staff.

Very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good.

The other guests. We were there for a hockey tourney and I was embarrassed at the behavior of some of the other "adults" in our hotel. They let their kids run the halls until after midnight while they sat in the lobby getting drunk and being belligerent.

Everything ,we got a call from supervisor telling us we forgot two bags in the room

We reserved a king room, but were given a single queen room instead. We were not happy with that.

Clean rooms and courteous staff. We were told about the Pool hours, the breakfast offerings, the wi-fi password and everything needed.

It is located on Lake Michigan. Has a fire pit and picnic tables and outdoor grills.

It was a nice motel, it was clean and comfortable. You can tell that it's an older motel, but would stay there again just because of the location on the lake

The fact that they couldn’t do the continental breakfast due to Covid. Not their fault and I understand that.

Location- Convenient to restaurants and economical. Great breakfast selections.

There was heat coming in from ceiling vents that a/c could not keep up with. Staff said it was from attic vents very hot day but will be fixed in future. Not an issue in winter I guess.

The staff was very accommodating and the rooms are a nice size with a great view.

Air conditioner didn't work and had to be replaced.Delivery pizza was dropped off at front desk, when I contacted the front desk to pick it up the stoned front desk clerk said he ate it (the mgr. did reimburse me and gave me a 20% disc. on next stay).

TV in room did not work staff could not fix it. upgraded us to a Jacuzzi room we were very surprised and pleased.
