Quiet, clean very comfortable

Had no major issues or concerns. Because of a tiny year, it’s hard to find a breakfast place. Continental breakfast would be great, but that is what it is.

The room was big with a little couch, refrigerator and microwave. Right next to stop & shop. About a 15 min walk to downtown. Very clean, coffee in room. Coffee, Tea and water station in lobby.

Everything was good. Darkening shades would be great, as the sunlight came in through the shades. Bed could have bit a bit more comfortable.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I did love that they provide daily housekeeping service, with plenty of fresh towels. The hotel's location was very convenient for my needs. We have a family wedding on Martha's Vineyard in the spring, and we would like to recommend this hotel for our guests to stay.

Although our room (#205) was bright, spacious, and comfortable, there were a few details that prevent me from rating this property as exceptional. The bathroom had a drop ceiling, and many of the tiles were not seated properly in the framing, and had mold or mildew, especially the metal framing. The tub grout also had areas of black staining. There were sections of the wallpaper in both the bed area and bathroom that were peeling and stained (water damage?) and mildewed. The bathroom sink was quite clogged the night we arrived, but the front desk made sure that was fixed immediately the next morning. However, we did have some fruit flies in the bathroom, which did not improve even after the drain was cleaned. Since the property was otherwise very clean, I'm hoping these details from my particular room were the kinds of things that will be addressed as part of normal maintenance of the facility during the "off-season".

Cleanliness was nice. The frig was a great size. The coffee maker was useful.

The shower pressure was very little. Had to use a plastic cup for a shower.
