Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 20% deposit via bank transfer. This is nonrefundable and should be paid within 3 days of making the booking. Please note that heating, water and electricity are not included and will come at an extra cost of EUR 10 per day.
