The room was very quiet despite facing a noisy Leicester Square. It was small, but efficient, clean and worked.

Breakfast was a little dull. The eggs sat on on a hot plate and got overcooked fast.

The room was looking worn out. The shower door didn?t close all the way and the floor got wet. The bathroom sink drain was clogged.

Great location, friendly and efficient staff.

The drapes are absolutely not effective.No toiletries included despite being in a suite, that's a cheap move.

This hotel is awful! The reception area is tiny and you feel like you are going to a youth hostel. The entire place stinks! The corridors have a very strong smell of something artificial and the rooms smell of cooked food but it is a bad smell. The whole place feels run down, very unpleasant and not value for money at all! The breakfast is in a windowless basement, very basic and no toast or so!

For what you pay for this hotel there was nothing I liked!

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026 as a group of three. Our payment had been made in advance through booking.com. However, upon checking out, we discovered that the hotel had charged our credit card again. Despite repeated calls and emails, we were unable to reach any hotel representative, and no one responded to our inquiries. Eventually, booking.com refunded the second unjust charge, but dealing with the hotel directly was impossible. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

The staff were very friendly and hotel was in a great location

For a junior suite it didnt offer a segregated section for the 3rd person. There were building works going on and they started drilling at 7.30 on a Saturday morning , no mention was given of this prior to or during our stay

The toilet’s sink was draining slowly, might be clogged. I felt the interaction with the front desk was somewhat unfriendly and inconsistent compared to how other guests were treated. I hope this feedback can help improve the guest experience

Room was very clean. Hotel was central. Breakfast was fantastic. Medina at the breakfast was so lovely and helpful. She was a credit to your staff and couldn’t do enough for all of the customers. Thank you

Top floor room 702 seemed to have a constant low level buzz from the building air con. I’ve stayed on the 4th floor previously and not present then.

Staff brilliant...very good customer service. Room good with good facilities. Great to see air conditioning that the guests can control. Situation of hotel was brilliant for all our needs

Black out blinds might be useful in room 308 as the bright lights of London shone through all night on the edges of the curtains even when drawn.

What makes the experience at this hotel is the quality of the staff. I found all staff that we had interaction with to be engaging, amenable and totally professional. In this area there is a plethora of hotels and when we next travel to London, I will be booking at this hotel again for this service.

Minor but you asked - the shower cubicle and surround has to be better cleaned and maintained.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring London, could walk to most places we wanted to visit.

it was not my first stay in this hotel. I have rebooked as I was always satisfied. This time I did an error in the date during my booking. Unfortunately it was a prepaid non refundable. But when I got the booking confirmation, I realised that I did a mistake by one! day. I immediately got back to Booking.com, who told me that I should get in touch with the Hotel directly what I did. I got the answer that I cannot change the date. So I was forced to book a second night and arrive a day earlier as I wanted - and while checking in, they reminded me that two separate bookings cannot mixed together and that I normally would have to check out and re-check in to another room again. Finally they told me that I can stay in the same room. When I arrived after a concert in the night my door was closed and could not get into my room. Going back to the reception they told me that I did not prepay the second night, whcih I did not remember and they did not tell me the time of arrival. They advertise a 7 £ voucher if you go green and don't want to have a room cleaning. I did not want to have a cleaning for two days only, but after I arrived into the room it was cleaned and I did not get the voucher. The Hotel itself - everything is good and it has a very good, easy location and the rooms are very quiet - even looking down to the very busy Leicester Square.

The room was very comfortable and i like a big window which luckily we had. Shower could have been better but overall really lovely stay. Perfect location. Bed was perfect, best sleep I’ve had in ages.

Shower waterfall shower wasn’t great and the shower head was only in an upright position which isn’t helpful for washing hair.

Good location and comfy clean room

Great in general, however I was slightly disappointed as had mentioned the trip being for my partners birthday and asked if it was possible for the room to be decorated. The hotel responded to this, said happy birthday and asked his name, despite this when getting to the room nothing was done! Not a reflection on the staff or hotel but as you would be I was slightly disappointed by this.

Excellent location, heart of theatre land. Superb staff delightful and comfy accommodation. Despite being in the heart of theatre and and adjacent to Chinatown the hotel was superbly soundproofed
