It was fine for a 2.5-star hotel.

NOT a Michelin-quality hotel. It's an old apartment building. 2 cop cars were blocking the entrance to the hotel for... crime. 1 of 2 elevators out of order, the other too slow to use. Parking is valet only: $70/day plus tips. Dollar Tree Halloween decor.

Room very spacious and well appointed.

No maid service. Hotel restaurant closed at 7:30 on a Saturday night.

The room was big and location is great. I wish I had a chance to use the pool, but I had to check out very early.

There was no bar inside the hotel and I was unable to get a glass of wine at 8pm. Also, parking was $60 a night which seemed very high!

From the balcony, it felt like being part of an enticing neighborhood, quiet except traffic. I imagined what it would be like to live in one of the apartments across the street. The room is very spacious with two huge tv's and a large marble bathroom.

There was no prior notice about turned off electricity and no compensation for the inconvenience. We left before 9am when the elevator would be turned off! The first room was terrible with sounds of jackhammer and wall view. We asked for a better room.

The location was perfect for my needs

The hotel was much more rundown than pictures, class and price indicated. There were pipe issues with my room creating lots of noise and construction going on a few doors down on my floor. The room was dusty, chipped paint on the bathroom door, etc.

Bad service. Room was not cleaned at all. Expensive for value you get.

The room was nice quite clean and I thought the location and grounds was nice.

The staff was not friendly the elevator was maddening with the swipe card restrictions we had to find a staff member to use their card just to get to a friends room on different floor also the restaurant service was the worst, we had to find the waiter.

Design & decor . The hotel was very nice.

No microwave in room, no designated or permissible smoking area No bell staff to assist with baggage Notice should be given by Hotel has stairs within the floor to access the rooms. I managed but others may not be able to.

Requested privacy in Dec, 25 but missed having the bottles of water that day.

The location, the layout of the room

The bed, the outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work so li had to use the outlet in the living room. Luckily, there happened to be a mirror on the wall in the room. The toiletries weren’t great

Yes, my director said she found blood (she noticed it at the end of her stay). She brought it up to the hotel, and they did not take any action (e.g. apologize or compensation.) I will never ever book this hotel chain again.

The staff were amazing and gave us a complimentary upgrade. All our needs were met whether it was additional cutlery or bottles of water

The room was gorgeously styled and very spacious, all though the bathroom was unbelievably cramped and small. The window also looked out to come sort of mechanical equipment.

The hotel has clearly seen better days, it is also under a renovation making the amenities not fully accessible.

smell of mildew a lot, after my complaint, they changed room but new room had outside aircond. so close and made noisy all night long. they charge $42 for parking with no notice. i don't understand how this one has 4 stars

Smaller boutique hotel in quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shops on both Sunset and Santa Monica Blvds.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. It is definitely not a 4.5 star hotel, not even close

They put me in a room with wet sticky carpets, then moved me to a downgraded room with a much smaller bathroom. They should have automatically upgraded me. They advertise pay per view on demand movies, but that hasn't been avail for 2 years. NOT A 4.5

Rooftop pool. Free wifi. Free coffee in the AM. Free shuttle to within 3 miles.
