- Long wait to check in. A sad inhale front desk person spend a long time checking in a party that had credit card issues, perhaps because if the $150 three day credit hold.
- Where do I start?!?! The front desk staff, no matter what shift, was rude, eating food, and did not want to be bothered. The lack of a restaurant, minimal effort for breakfast, ice machines unplugged, bugs everywhere, the list goes on.
- 2nd staff member at front desk had attitude, no hot water for shower (never got more than Luke warm)

The regular workers are great supervisors and upper management sucks
Yes they don’t really cater to the disabled like they should and they have no control over they guest
