- Staff is great considering the structural conditions of the hotel. Not their fault.
- The guy at the front desk was a true gem.

Cons -
- Phone not connected and didn't work; TV internet connection was sporadic; hot water; handicapped had to access the only elevator outside the building; sporadic functioning elevator; appear to not have room service staff to service the rooms. Ice machine.
- The breakfast wasn't expected. I don't eat pork and I was promised an alternative of waffles the night before. When I arrived to the eating area..Staff..who gave me her name proudly as she gave me some of the rudest behavior I have ever experienced
- Yes, the bathrooms were very small and dirty. Very dated. The beds are not comfortable and the room was just plain nasty. I had no wash rags and when I asked for some, they said they were out of them. I can go on.
