Pros +
- Room was clean, front desk staff was friendly
- The regular workers are great supervisors and upper management sucks
- Front desk attendant was professional and waived the $100 deposit because our room was not ready until a few hours after the official check-in time.
Cons -
- 2nd staff member at front desk had attitude, no hot water for shower (never got more than Luke warm)
- Yes they don’t really cater to the disabled like they should and they have no control over they guest
- Elevator one level down from reception. Carrying suitcases not fun. Room had not been cleaned properly. Spilled coffee and coffee cup marks all over the place. Dirt on floor, including bathroom. Shower made high pitched screeching noise if hot water used.
