They are currently under construction and there was no working Wi-Fi in the room. I would not have stayed there had I realized that that was going to be an ongoing issue. The staff was not friendly or forthcoming with information.

The manager,, was very rude and unprofessional. While I was calmly and professionally explaining the issues I experienced with the room, she walked away from me while I was still speaking. I had taken several photos documenting the conditions

Convenient location

Long wait to check in. A sad inhale front desk person spend a long time checking in a party that had credit card issues, perhaps because if the $150 three day credit hold.

Where do I start?!?! The front desk staff, no matter what shift, was rude, eating food, and did not want to be bothered. The lack of a restaurant, minimal effort for breakfast, ice machines unplugged, bugs everywhere, the list goes on.

Yes. Had to move to three different rooms. First two rooms television didn't work. The third room television worked but the air conditioner wasn't very cold. When I got up this morning no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. I want a refund!

2nd staff member at front desk had attitude, no hot water for shower (never got more than Luke warm)

The regular workers are great supervisors and upper management sucks

Yes they don’t really cater to the disabled like they should and they have no control over they guest

Front desk attendant was professional and waived the $100 deposit because our room was not ready until a few hours after the official check-in time.

Elevator one level down from reception. Carrying suitcases not fun. Room had not been cleaned properly. Spilled coffee and coffee cup marks all over the place. Dirt on floor, including bathroom. Shower made high pitched screeching noise if hot water used.

Yes, one of the front desk employees was quite rude when we were trying to check in. We were told at 10:00 at night that our room was not cleaned as d ready. Xxxxc can’t

My hotel guest room lacked lighting and hot water for taking a bath. I addressed this with staff the next morning and left my number to discuss, however, they never reached out to me.

THE worst motel ever! The room’s smoke detector was covered with painter’s tape, making it useless & staff never inspected. There was NO phone & NO front desk #. TV was Amazon Fire & NO instructions. Will NEVER go back!!!

We did NOT stay at the hotel. We checked in & began taking items to the room but on the second trip we stopped. On first trip in the room it was dark, the second my husband had turned on the lights & we started noticing all the things wrong with the room

1/4 of the ceiling had mildew. Floor was buckling up in multiple areas. Bathtub had patches inside tub on multiple places with rust on the outside of the patches. The floors were filthy & sticky in the bathroom. I pulled out the sheets & it was dirty.

Hallway carpet needs replacing I was in room 126. The room need to renovate, toilet seat needed to be tightened
