When we first arrived to the room, it looked like the toilet were not working properly in the junior suite.

Mold in the bathroom of my room and no heat in my room. Also the fact I was placed in a conjoined suite

The only thing was a smell that was lingering through out my room like wet carpet or filters need to be change air units

I liked how big the hotel was and the amount of amenities they had to offer.

My room had a smell to it that never went away and I didnt feel comfortable showering here. The water wouldn?t drain so when I was about to shower, there was a big puddle forming in the tub.

Pool closed people checking in and we were denied. When I went to speak to a supervisor she found us a room. The pool area was not as picturesque in the photos no umbrellas

Convenient for the dance competition taking place there

I was stuck in the elevator for well over 10 minutes, the elevators not working, the elevators would only go up to the 11th floor if someone from the inside selected that floor. Room stayed stuffy even after maintenance was called. There is more!!

The room was not cleaned properly. The first room had a foul odor and I immediately I informed the staff and they gave me another room. The second room initially appeared to be nice then when I stepped out of the bed I stepped on hair pins . Staff told

The overnight receptionist not friendly and I felt like an inconvenience. I had to contact the receptionist staff 3x and finally, I had to leave my room at 2am to make a formal complaint. I would not recommend!

The hotel location and layout was nice.

I did not like my experience with trying to get a leaking ac unit leading to a wet floor on one side of the bed fixed. It was looked at but not fixed, resulting in us having to use multiple towels, multiple times, to avoid our feet from getting wet.

This is a great hotel for a golfer as the course is right outside the lobby.

The beds should have been replaced years ago. If a hotel usually charges a resort fee but does not have all amenities available they should automatically refund these fees like on the weekend of the 9th. Select another OakBrook IL hotel ( better value)

The pool area and location were great!

The bathroom had some water stains running down the walls and the air conditioner seemed to struggle on the hotter days.

The room is very large with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very courteous. We like the location and are able to access Chicago (city) easily.

The $$ jump from our last stay in April was shocking. The room's sink was very tiny and there was nowhere to hang towels/clothes. The bedspread had stains on it. A little more attention would solve those issues-will need to look elsewhere due to price.

The amenities were amazing! The outside pool had a cabana bar and plenty of seating!

Due to COVID there was limited room service availability. Which is understandable. They made up for with a concierge text line for anything you needed. Which made it for the unavailability.

The hotel staff was pleasant.

Room 417 was a ¿standard¿ king. I¿ve never in my life seen a bathroom so small. One person can barely fit in there. Also at 1:12 pm I was told there would be a $40 early check-in fee. He said I can check in around 2:30. Poor customer service move.
