- The room was stunning and massive! We had an incredible view, super comfortable beds, massive lounge space and nice bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Was walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Starbucks, shops.
- The room layout and the view. Overnight front desk staff very helpful and super friendly.
- The room was a little worn since my last stay there, such as scratches on the table, worn fabric on the sofas, same with the hallways and lifts. The bathroom was also on the small side.
Cons -
- Our toilet clogged a couple of times haha!
- A few items were missing from the room: corkscrew, flatware.
- Price for what you get is excessive, location is not really all that pleasant, Sunset is just a busy street with cars going by, but you can walk to better locations. Staff were a little too aloof and not what I'd call "friendly" while still helpful.

The room was very spacious!!
The same music was of 4 songs was playing on repeat in the pool for a long time.
