The location was very close to where I needed to be

The room floor was sticky. The was messy renovation going on. Towels in the gym would be nice.

Construction directly above. Room dusty and air filter filthy with dust. Had to replace.

Staff was very helpful in changing our room from single king to two queen beds

Yes I complained about phone in the room not working. Was not fixed till we checked out

The receptionist was friendly right off the bat and greeting me with a smile. This was comforting to see after a 6-hour drive in the rain. She also served the family warm cookies which my wife and son enjoyed.

We stayed in Rm 453 and there was a dog in 444 that woke us up in the morning. We had to call the front desk twice to get the issue resolved.

Front desk staff was warm and friendly.

The website photos show a hot tub, which is why we chose this hotel. The hot tub no longer exists. Friends who also stayed had issues with the bar and food they ordered, the food was cold and bartender refused to remake. Poor service and disappointing.

There were numerous bugs both in the room and shower. The receptionist was rude to my children who tried calling me.

proximity to UB campus

Almost everything was falling apart and outdated. The pool and hot tub had huge chunks of concrete and tile missing. The door knob in the bathroom literally fell off when I went to first use it. Everything was grimy and dirty.

The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food was perfect and the convenience was exactly what I needed.

Could be a bit cleaner.

Hotel was clean and decorated for Christmas. Beds were comfortable. Tv had lines through it. Inhouse cookies were yummy. Location was great.

Rooms are dated. Pool water had film residue build up during our stay.

Great service, pool, snacks. Comfortable beds, free parking.

Would be nice to have a microwave oven.

The Staff.

Dining was only available until 10 am and sometimes after 5. I had to order out. My room was never cleaned. Not once in the four days I was there.

Location was convenient, helpful staff. Lobby and check-in area well maintained.

Not a 3star hotel! Bathroom in desperate need of deep cleaning, shower had moldy caulk, around sliding door and every corner of the shower stall. Ceiling had black spots, peeling wallpaper. Sticky floor. Vinyl flooring curling at edges, very disappointed.

Absolutely GROSS! Our room had a pull out couch that looked like it was pulled from side of road. Never been in a more filthy hotel room. Dead skin floating in foam in hot tub was another delight. Enough that the kids were pushing the ¿dirty cloud¿ away

Great location for my visit. Check in was smooth and professional. Bed and pillows were super comfy! Room was quiet. Wish I had the recipe for the chocolate chip cookie at check-in!

Room smelled clean upon entry, but I noticed quite a few crumbs along the edge of the floor. It¿s an older hotel and some past updates in my room showed poor workmanship. Bathroom was very tight.

The pool was cloudy and cold. I was supposed to have 2 queen beds and was given 1 king bed (for 3 adults). Housekeeping opened my door at 830am while we were still there when I said something to front desk I was told she will talk to him, no apologies

Staff was nice.

The hotel lobby was nice but the room was a disappointment. Small broken down TV and the toilet barely flushed. They really need to upgrade the rooms.
