- Staff was very helpful in changing our room from single king to two queen beds
- The receptionist was friendly right off the bat and greeting me with a smile. This was comforting to see after a 6-hour drive in the rain. She also served the family warm cookies which my wife and son enjoyed.
- Front desk staff was warm and friendly.
Cons -
- Construction directly above. Room dusty and air filter filthy with dust. Had to replace.
- Yes I complained about phone in the room not working. Was not fixed till we checked out
- We stayed in Rm 453 and there was a dog in 444 that woke us up in the morning. We had to call the front desk twice to get the issue resolved.

Front desk staff was warm and friendly.
The website photos show a hot tub, which is why we chose this hotel. The hot tub no longer exists. Friends who also stayed had issues with the bar and food they ordered, the food was cold and bartender refused to remake. Poor service and disappointing.
