- Staff is not attentive. Self absorbed conversations at check in instead of focused on helping the long line of people. Dining experience in the morning was also not pleasant. I prepaid for all my group and we were shorted a meal meal slip. Waste of my time talking to the front desk because they said they could not see my purchases due to booking through booking.com. I had to paid for a meal that I had already purchased. Won't be staying at the facility or booking through booking.com any time soon.
