Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Milpitas-Silicon Valley

Location was perfect. Other things would have been awesome if there wasn’t a private event in the middle of the hotel.

private event in the center of the hotel and the non consideration of guests who actually wanted to rest made it impossible to get rest because of children running and screaming in the hallways near the rooms. Music for the private event was beyond loud🤬

The pool water is dirty, the comp drinks were only available for 1.5hrs each day and we could not take advantage of them

The breakfast?s were very good with great selection of items. The staff was very nice. Happy hour provided by the hotel keeps being shortened & limited as to what you can order from a yr ago.

Yes, Trying to set the temperature in the room was horrible. We had 4 adults in our room but there was only 2 glasses & 2 coffee cups. And the toilet dripped all nite.

extra $20 per night parking charge, and the hotel is not near the airport! This is a ripoff!

We were hoping to upgrade the happy hour beer to a tap beer willing to pay, but that wasn?t something they could do. We usually get better snacks also. Chips and dip are OK. We just kind of expected more.

We always enjoy being able to swim indoor while staying at Embsssy Siites

This hotel cleanliness was not like reviews said. Our room had hair and Bobby pins in the bathroom. Someone else's urine on the toilet.

The room was miserably hot, AC didn?t work.

-complimentary alcoholic drinks, indoor pool and gym, plenty of sitting area, spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast

-daily parking fee, 1 roll of toilet paper, controlled thermostat/inability to change temperature -2nd day i got bug bites from using a spare blanket inside the closet of room. -front desk gave me lotion, took pics, allowed me to make a written statement

There was an event that weekend it was so loud, i was on the 5th floor and could still hear the music. Parking lot had so much trash all over.

The ambiance of breakfast, lounging area.

The lovely eating, lounging area was so cold you always needed a coat or sweater. Printer didn't work in business area. I may not stay again because of the cold.

Yes I could or turn off the heater. Its on a centralized heating unit that blows only hot air but you CANNOT TURN IT OFF. It was on off and still blowing hot air. I was burning up hot all night. no window to open. They offered me a fan.

The building style, location and service staff. design of rooms was comfortable and roomy.

It was freezing cold in room, atrium and breakfast area. We had to have a space heater for our room. Explanation was heat basically turned on at a certain outside temperature. They need to up that level. Everyone at breakfast wore warm clothing.

Location.

No in room references to what local restaurants no menu for room service no channel guide. They way in room coffee and tea was stacked we didnt even see the supply. I had one sick kid and stayed in room an entire day unable to get food delivery.

The staff was amazing. It was late when we had to check in because we were in town for a wedding and decided last minute we had a little bit too much to drink. I needed somewhere to go. 

The hotel itself was stunning. Staff was immaculate! My family, and I had a very good memory there. Thank you!

Rug looked really dirty, no housekeeping without requesting it

Comfortable large suite. Tasty breakfast choices and enjoyable happy hour and half. Staff was excellent.
