Pros +
- Real milk provided for tea! And a no-party policy which meant it was nice and quiet.
- the space and size of the room was perfect for my family, allowed my children the space to stretch out and roam. The cleanliness was good and the amenities supplied were exectional
- room was clean and tidy, shower was hot and strong, tv was a little bit hard to operate but could be me (getting old ) overall very good for price.
Cons -
- When I first walked in the room had an overpowering scent of nasty cleaning chemicals. Had to open windows and turn ceiling fan on to air the room a bit.
- room was a little bit small.
- The room was dark , smelly and carpets needed a good steam cleaning . The bed were so bad and mattress was the worst I have ever experienced, sitting on a concrete floor would have been more comfortable. Ask the manager to provide us with a different, but then all hell broke loose when that guy only offered us a mattress topper instead . However he made us that offer as privilege like as we had only a half a second left to decide to take his „ luxurious offer“, which made us very uncomfortable. After he turned up with the mattress topper at our room we noticed this thing wasn’t much of difference to provide us with a comfortable sleep and also it was covered in other people’s body hair , so disgusting. We made him understand that we didn’t like to be treated like a bunch of homeless people and would have our money refunded, as we couldn’t take the risk to stay there under this condition. However after the manager had his mental breakdown and became very angry and frustrated, he also refused to provide us a different room or to refund our full paid one night booking . Terrible customer care and absolutely unacceptable behaviour to any member of the public . To all BOOKING.COM customers out there who thinking staying there , please make sure you check out all the other motels in and around Dubbo which offer a better and cheaper alternative for a good night stay.

Nothing , only that the rude manager didn’t become physically.

for a motor inn it was comfortable and clean
the location was on a main road but the noise wasnt too bad
The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great sleep, the location was great - Thanks
The bathroom was small.
room and bed comfy. Short walk to the RSL.
Convenient and within walking distance to places to eat and into the town centre. Comfortable beds. Great place to lay the head for a good night’s sleep. Friendly hosts. Highly recommend!
The staff were good, they were pleasant, the little we had to do with them. They, like other places froze our freezer bricks for our car cooler bag which is a much appreciated bonus.
The "decor" was very lacking in co-ordination of any type. First impressions do last, unfortunately. Old peeling paint, with scratched bed head, and paint work. Nothing looked recently up-dated, first impressions were not cared about, nor an especially clean room eg hairs on the pillowcases when we took them off the bed, and just a very run down room and well overdue for a refurb. Bed not comfy.
Very clean. Good location. Quiet. Park right outside the room.
No complaints.
Perfect location to town. Room was clean and bed was reasonably comfortable.
There was a smell coming from drains in bathroom that was a little unpleasant.
Location was great.
The bed was hard. We couldn’t shower in the morning as the water barely come out of the shower head. The bathroom smelt like sewerage. There was hair on the tiles in the bathroom and a cream like substance near the towel rack.
We arrived at the address provided by Bookings.com to check in and were then directed by reception staff to drive to a different property at a different address down a back lane and through a coded locked gate. The room was clean however the property is very old. If you’ve ever been to a detention facility and liked it then this place will be very nostalgic for you.
Didn’t have breakfast the location was great for us
There was a smell in our bathroom that wasn’t pleasant
Small outdated uncomfortable bed
Tiny room bed was hard as a rock Carpet was filthy
Easy access and friendly service. Good bed and shower.
Dated building but kept neat.
Clean and staff very accommodating
Pool was centre of the parking and the gate to the pool was broken. It was concerning for children’s safety
Good clean room, good facilities. Comfortable beds. The room is on the small side, but perfectly adequate and functional. Good location for restaurants such as RSL Club. Very helpful staff.
It was quiet and reasonably comfortable. Although the shower leaked and the air conditioning had to have new batteries.
Its website advertised that it had a restaurant and bar. It only had a makeshift bar. I was told that it hasn’t had a restaurant for some time. This was one of my reasons for choosing it.
Location and staff were great.
Small crack in the window and cracks in bathroom basin.
