This family-run, 3-star hotel features a peaceful location right near Munich’s Oktoberfest site and excellent transport links to attractions including the Marienplatz square and Frauenkirche church. For more than 35 years, the Bavaria Boutique Hotel has welcomed guests to its brightly furnished, well-equipped rooms. Here, you will find all modern amenities including free wireless internet access and a free web terminal in the new Business Office. The Theresienwiese U-Bahn (underground) station is just a short stroll away. It connects you to the city center and main railway station in approximately 5 minutes. Pros +

First the location, a short taxi ride from main train station. Physically, the hotel is immaculate and very modern and stylish. Breakfast is excellent, staff is great. The room with balcony was very nice.
Room was nice and very comfortable. Shower was great and room was very clean.

Cons -

The bedroom part of the room is smallish, but that makes for a very nice bathroom and excellent shower.
staff was pleasant but not very helpful at explaining location of major destinations in city. Hotel is located further away then I expected from where the nice spots are.
