Pretty clean room with a decent bed.

Rude front desk clerk. Difficult check-in. Very noisy AC unit & refridge. Bathroom door blocked by toilet. Bad elec. outlet locations.

Great location to restaurants and the beaches.

I would like to have 1 parking space assigned outside your room. Visitors took up a lot of the parking spaces. I would have a dedicated visitor parking area.

Location by the ocean, restaurants and convenience store close in walking distance!

The water from the shower smelled like sulfa. No type of complementary breakfast.

The pictures didn't do it justice. The rooms were updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Located very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and activities to do within walking distance.

I was disappointed that the pool closes at dusk. We wanted to sit outside and talk and wind down. There is no where on site to do that.

Its time for new carpets in the rooms. Come on now quit putting it off. No coffee, no breakfast

Weather wasn't the best when we arrived ... and while it was too cool to swim in the pool we did want to sit in the pool area (there was no where to set up our beach chairs except the parking lot ... and the pool gate was locked and mgmt wouldn't open it.

There is nothing that I like.

I was advised by the woman on the phone prior to my arrival that my reservation was cancelled because I was in the hotel lobby making a scene and treating her staff poorly, I wasn¿t even physically in the state yet and she did not believe me. Terrible.

Location! Cape Hatteras doesn't have many options and this was great location at a reasonable price.

It wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed in but it was good for what we paid.

Our room was clean, and the office personal very helpful in directions to Hatteras points of interest. We enjoyed our stay so well, a second night was planned.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are large and comfortable. I also appreciate that it is pretty quiet here as well.

Everything is amazing, the water pressure for the shower is a little weak, but other than that I have no complaints.

The hotel room was large, clean and mostly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, hotel employee is the best!

Pretty much nothing - right from the moment we arrived.

There wasn't much to like about this hotel - extremely old and not well maintained. Musty smell when we opened the door to our room. No breakfast despite higher than normal rate, location was not great. Overall, we couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Location was in walking distance to a couple great restaurants and shops.

Spotted a roach on its back still alive on the carpet the morning we were leaving. I told the cleaning staff and I¿m sure they took care of it.
