- Location was ideal right on Thames. The only problem with that is the noise from the street.
- We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was helpful and welcoming, our suite was great and the walk-to location can¿t be beat as we didn¿t take a car with us. And the warm pastries brought to our door every morning can¿t be beat!
- Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom, excellent amenities! Complementary water, coffee, tea, oj & milk with lovely pastries and fruit yogurt every morning! Didn't interact with staff except for check in, but they were extremely pleasant. Great location!
Cons -
- The noise was the biggest issue, there was a wall mounted air conditioner that wasn't sealed up very well, and it was a windy night when we stayed. The wind noise went on the entire evening, along with the noise from O'Neill's pub next door.
- Not enough outlets- the lamp by my dining table couldn't be plugged in due to lack of outlets, same with bedside tables. Maybe recommend an alarm clock with a USB port? Also, wanted to take a bath, but the tub wouldn't fill.
