Everything was far more than perfect, the staff, the food and especially the views. I would love to go back there again.

Spacious room and spacious

AC made loud noises, preventing sleep. Long waiting time to get a Golf car from and to room/reception, and each time we had to go to the reception to look for a driver. Room too far to reach without a golf car. Booking promised beach view, you had to got the end of the terrace to see the beach (terrace wall too high)Low quality coffee over breakfast. except for bread, the bakery is not good. Cutlery not clean

Great rooms, all operated in smart and the view was amazing, food was great!

Such a great stay, loved everything would definitely stay there again. The rooms were renovated so that was great. We wanted to stay longer but it was sold out unfortunately.

The sea has some spike shells that cut my legs .. need more cleaning on the beach and the sand

Variety in breakfast and dinner were excellent. Location was great. Staff were amazing, they are trying their best to make guests as happy as possible.

Amazing performance from all the staff specially Amany from Guest relations and the FOM also Shereen and Martina from the kids club they are very nice . And all the F&B staff, Food was amazing also professional Executive Chef ?.

Architecture is magnificent, location is superb, food is of good quality although not always tasty.

You “rarely “ see anyone smiling from the staff (except Refka at the Miramar restaurant). Employees seem to be unhappy doing their jobs. They kept us waiting more than one hour to check us in. Bed Pillows are incredibly high and uncomfortable. Insects at the beach made it really hard to stay long.

Just location and beach

We booked a sea view room and paid the extra charge, but the view is blocked by palm trees! We told them multiple times that we wanted some decoration in the room for our anniversary, but no one did anything.

Beautiful location, staff is so nice, activities directly available within the complex is a plus (diving, kite, massage, etc)

It’s a shame that some guest leave their towel all day long without using the sunbed

There is no Wifi no slippers no toothbrush and all Hotel standards bathroom accessories nothing ?

small things like the free room deliveries ( Coffee, tee, etc.. ) was not enough

Excellent stay; renovated rooms, heated pool, fantastic staff and service (all of them), very good food, many optional areas to use, recreation in the evenings, wonderful scenery.

The reception of the hotel can benefit from an update

We saw asian night and were excited, it was pretty much instant noodles. In the "Italian" restaurant the food was pretty much not eatable, ravioli was swimming in oil. Cocktails and hookah on the premises were below par.

Lack of food variety, very strange pool/Italian restaurant, annoying cleaning (touch all personal stuff, rearrange it), very slow service

The hotel facilities, architecture, grounds and environment are exceptional. Food was good.

Booked and paid for double bed sea view. Hotel confirmed.Upon arrival given twin beds beachfront but sea view completely obscured by planting.Told we could change next day, shown a lovely room and accepted it but arrived with our bags to see other guests shown into it.Returne to reception and finally had to settle for a lagoon view. Told it was sunny aspect but was shady. Very disappointed indeed. Have stayed several time but this time waiter service in restaurant was good but poor and almost rude on outside breakfast terrace.

The room we booked (2 month in advance) was not available when we arrived, as the hotel was fully booked. They could change it the next day, but after we unpacked everything, we didn’t want to change it anymore (after 24 hours).

The guy in the reception was angry and very rude even it was clear that we booked a different type of room than the one assigned.

Staffs are friendly.

I arrived 3 hours prior to the check in , it’s nice to let me in the room early but they didn’t tell me that they changed my room type from lake/sea view to the pool view.

I liked the view, location, and quality of the food.

The staff wasn't paying attention to the Egyptian guests at first, after i made a complain about the issue, things have changed.I received a room with noisy air conditioning, again the management changed the room to a great one.
