There was a peculiar, overpowering odor. Our first room especially smelled horrible, like urine. I spoke with the desk clerk/manager, and he took us to a 2nd floor room and gave me the opportunity to inspect several rooms and choose one to switch to.

Staff was amazing and accomidating. We had an incident happen with our eldest child where he was sick, staff understood the situation and was able to relocate us to a new room without issues. Overall experiance was great, staff made it much better.

The staff that checked us in wasn?t professional at all.. came out with a hair bonnet on & pjs We had a stalker in the hotel which made us feel very uncomfortable! we checked out 1hr after check IN. The hotel manager offered a free stay voucher? shove it!
