This hotel lis very clean and the family that owns it is very friendly.
Great staff. I had two work shipments sent to the hotel by UPS. The staff held onto the packages until I got back to the hotel and made it very convenient for me.
It was somewhat close to lake Geneva.

Cons -

Thursday morning the Staff was quite loud speaking with each other on phones. I had a room on the first floor right by the reservation desk.
I recently stayed at on Friday. My complaint is that the king spa room's jacuzzi faucet shot up and broke off almost hitting me. It did not work after that properly water sprayed everywhere and it took time away from us they tried to fix it for an hour.
Yellow stains on sheets, old popcorn kernels and trash left on floor. Tub did not drain.
