Great , convenient overnight stay, really helpful and friendly staff, car park at bavk was really helpful
Location, staff, flexibility, friendly atmosphere, value for money
Nothing , all very good . If I was too be fussy bedroom light was flashing and heater didn’t warm but not major issue

Disappointed and would not stay there again.
Central location. Photos on the website made it look classy.
Photos on the website were misleading: the place was dowdy and drab. Neither of the two advertised restaurants was available: one booked out for a coach party and one just not cooking that night. Bedroom windows didn’t fit so the wind was blowing into the room all night. Complained to the operations manager who gave us a 50% refund on the bill, which was nice, but would have preferred that the hotel had lived up to its website.
