Excelent location, great lodging, I got an upgrade, great breakfast.

You can feel it's a proper 4 star Hotel. It's relatively luxurious, clean and service is very good. Staff are very helpful, smiling and polite. Also the price was more than ok.

The suite its great. The stuff is cordial . hello to the Greek american ?waiter ...?

The bfast . Boring meal. Monotonous. In Romania, many of the 4-star hotels have a very boring meal. No selection of vegetables. No interesting dishes. The same 3-4 chopped and dry vegetables. No interesting salads, no pastries and quiches. Served without a 'soul'. This is 4 stars!! I expect you to internalize the quality of the food served, to make it look better, to make it interesting. And while the markets have a great selection of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits, the hotel chef needs to be creative. There needs to be variety. I've eaten better in a 3* hotel..

I liked the breakfast, the room was huge with a very comfortable bed. We had a beautiful view of the city hall. Nothing to dislike

Really spacious and comfortable room. Extremely clean. Fully stocked room service, bath robes and slippers were a great touch. Easy to get iron & ironing board. Lovely bathroom. Heating system worked well. Staff very friendly & communicated well.

No specific bar area. Had to sit in the not very well advertised dining room on large tables meant for dinner service.Light sensors not very sensitive so sometimes walking around in the dark, especially on the stair case.

We stayed for one night and it was good. The room was clean and the breakfast was not bad

The reception staff is very friendly. The rooms are nicely sized and clean. The hotel has a nice location, in the city center.

Excellent location, good reception service, great room size (actually I have received a studio without asking), generous breakfast.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices, cooked English as well as continental. The hotel is located in the centre of Buzau and is in walking distance to some nice restaurants although evening meals are also offered here. Most of the staff speaks English.

There is no bar in the hotel but the room had a fridge fully loaded with drinks and snacks.

Hotel location is right in the city centre, great walking distance from restaurants and visiting the city. The hotel staff were great, very friendly and trying their best to accommodate all our needs. We were a small wedding group and they offered an upgrade free of charge as courtesy upon hearing the happy reason for our stay. The rooms were so clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a great time there and would book again whenever in the city.

The breakfast was mediocre.

The bathroom is spacious and fresh, with sufficient space for toiletries, the room is clean, the bed linen is of good quality, and the fridge is OK and working. The paved parking is right in front of the entrance.

Aircondition control in the room is not easy to handle without a manual, at least a brief leaflet

The whole property was too warm. The fitness center was old and so hot, like a sauna.

The breakfast - poorly cooked..... eggs particularly....cold.....and no attention paid to re-stocking.

Location, facilities, service, everything is top notch. There is an excelent boulangerie just across the corner and by all means do visit the city market at only few hundreds yards far.

The WiFi signal was not always very strong
