Cons -
- The double beds weren’t comfortable. The bed sheets were dirty. Even found a bug crawling on one of the double beds. The phone and tv didn’t work. The restaurant was way over priced. We wouldn’t stay here again.
- Just about everything. From poor management, lack of solutions to problems, lack of transparency in all policies, and most importantly a severe problem with shifting blame instead of making the proper improvements. Right down to expired drinks in the lobby that they have the audacity to charge $5 a piece for. This goes mostly for the manager of guest services who in no way should be in any position of authority. She’s terrible. A trainee who won’t be mentioned by name is the only person in all of this that made any efforts to right their wrongs.
