Breakfast was great, location and staff were great. Room was spacious and quiet.

Carpet was quite worn and stained in the room, beds were comfortable but different heights

Premium king room had a motel like bathroom which was outdated and dirty and dingy. The pillows nor mattress have any support and woke up with back pains. My partner suffered from the same. We couldn’t wait to leave

Tv didn’t work, no phone in room and towels were very small and sparse. The toiletries in bsthrooom were tiny and not even replenished due a two night stay. No water provided in the rooms for the cost of the room.

Very small bathroom with no space to put toiletries. Room booked did not resemble photo advertised by Booking.com.

The staff was wonderful, the pastries were exceptional. We had a great time, even though there was a power outage. That is outside the hotel's control. We had to switch rooms the first night because the A/C didn't work, and housekeeping found an item of clothing that was mine and returned it directly to me. That was very thoughtful.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, the art work, and the location. It was easy to walk to places. of interest.

I didn't like that my view was the back of a building with lots of trash. I would also prefer a hotel with a pool of jacuzzi. The room also got hot at night. I could never get the temperature correct.

the hotel was historic but with all the i amenities we needed. loved the location for access to the old port and colorful old city. the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay!

The bathroom was dirty, the bar was overpriced, the breakfast was okay, but not worth the cost

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet was a great option and they were quick to retrieve the vehicle upon check out. Perfect location. Love the eclectic decor, the dark window treatments which kept the room dark in the morning. Room temperature was perfect. Since it was hot and humid when we visited, the water dispensers with fresh fruit inside were a welcome, refreshing touch every morning and at the end of the day.

When we arrived in our bedroom, there were dirty linens in a pile on the chair by the window. There was no bath mat in the bathroom. The bathroom floors are very slippery when wet so there should be something for the floor. Only one roll of toilet paper.

LHOTEL is a building converted into a hotel, it has its quirks. Our room was on the first floor. It was large and with very high ceilings. The only drawback was the lack of a view. Breakfast with coffee, juice and croissants were a plus. We also like the abundant artwork. The location is great, it is near Chinatown, Old Montreal, the waterfront, etc.

Decor was a bit dated. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast smelled amazing but no gluten free options. The room was large and clean but quite noisy on the main floor.

We love this hotel -- an interesting old building in the old town with a fabulous art collection and a lovely and comfortable lobby area.
