Comfortable room

No valet parking nor room service. Long blank hallways.

The staff was rude, nothing was posted for Activity information, everything geared towards children, so my husband and I were out of luck. Food was disgusting and overpriced so we eat out of the hotel every meal. The hotel ans our room were dirty,No maid.

Good place to stay after a concert at Bethel Woods. Grounds are lovely.

Although the room seemed newly furnished, the pillows were filled with plastic so you woke up from the noise every time you moved. The bathroom was a bit run down and the door to the room looked quite worn, as if someone had pried their way in a few times

The room was basic for the price. Hotel had a nice foyer but overall very average.

Place is great. Things to do for everyone and all ages. Rooms are outdated. Our room had ants everywhere room 112.

The pools were nice and we enjoyed going to bingo at 4pm. Staff was friendly.

The food in the hotel dining areas was terrible. Also, the cots at the poolside were uncomfortable; placed very close together and you had to get up 8 o'clock in the morning to reserve a spot at the pool.

They were unable to handle a full room for dinner. We waited over an hour for our food to come. We were a large group but food came out in waves and not always what was ordered. Some people were done eating when others first got there food. Not acceptable

We were booked into a OFF Service room #224. I have pictures.This was the room assigned to us since I requested a higher floor room. The woman who checked us in must have thought this would be funny since she didnt like my request for a room on a high fl.

The variety of things to do ;bowling,pool and sauna,gym etc. Really liked the starbucks located in the lobby and the breakfast at the garden cafe was good.

We've been coming up to the VR for years as my family has a time share in June. An annual family vacation. But this year my husband and I came up a day early, staying in the hotel. The main house definitely feels less dated compared to the time shares.

The main lobby furniture appeared a little dirty. Couches should be cleaned or just replaced with leather-like seating areas. Not the fault of the staff but we encountered some really obnoxious teens with no parental supervision in the main lobby areas.

It?s closest to all activities.

So I don?t have anything to say but to the Cafeteria which needs more variety of food.

Nothing at all.So very disappointed.

I did not like everything. So disappointing.Swimming pool was so dirty water like never clean up.The indoor is close but the website stated open.So it's another disappointing. Too much disappointing.

Resort needs repairs. Rooms need updating. Gardens need attention to weeds.

Villa Roma is a beautiful place with entertainment available every day, all day, for people of all ages and interests. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The views are also lovely, the room nice and clean. July of 2025

A lot of sports equipment was worn and visibly damaged

Outdated. Walls were very thin, was able to hear the neighbors blasting music and having intercourse. Every moan and scream. No working vending machine. No hot water in morning.

The location includes the use of some facilities and has many activities organised

The hot tub , reason why we came here, was not working

I liked the golf course. I liked the staff and how caring and let me be myself. I liked working the tables and taking pics or the groups. They gave me some food to go for my efforts. All-in-all, a nicelocal getaway. I wouldn't mind trying a different room. Thank you.

They had rooms available , and now I know why.

Checked in to dirty garments in the bathroom, worst bartender ever, he put a cherry into vodka martini, had to park far enough had to have shuttle ..
