We liked everything: it's an amazing place to stay, well designed for a luxurious experience, beautiful garden, attention to details. Conveniently located, we had a lunch in cafe Andre, and it was very good. Excellent staff and service. Also want to add that the place is very unique, it has its own character! Highly recommended!!!

Service at the 3 Michelin star restaurant

After stay service. Left belonging in the hotel room and it took them two days to reply and they said they did not find it. Very unacceptable for a place which is considered reputable. Never got a reply to my further inquiry. I would not recommend it to friends or anyone.

People who work there are friendly and helpful. The rooms in are lovely, food excellent, nice walks for dogs.

Nothing to dislike

The room was large, elegant, classy and lovely. The staff offered complimentary snacks and drinks. All the staff were helpful and charming.

the breakfast selection was limited. there were a large amount of pastries, but very tiny yogurt and fruit choices which had to be shared. We were surprised and not pleased.

Maison Pic is as amazing as the restaurant itself. Staying here makes you feel very special. The team took extremely good care of us, and catered to our many needs during the stay, since it was my spouse' birthday, and I made a lot of special requests, which were all fulfilled successfully.Maison Pic is a haven in the heart of Valence, well worth the experience.
