- The staff were phenomenal and beyond friendly and accommodating. At 50% capacity the resort was not crowded at all. Restaurants on site were delicious.
- The hotel staff took the experience from great to exceptional. They seem to live life and that rubs off on everyone they encounter!
- Hotel property and beaches were beautiful. Premium liquor options and great bartenders. Great idea to have photographers around the resort to take couples photos.
Cons -
- The hotel had a somewhat moldy smell in the hallways and unfortunately we dealt with a flooded room on our last day due to water leaking in from the floor above us.
- Nothing
- Food quality was average with below average service. Frequently ran out of items at the bar, restaurant menu items, difficult to get bottled water replenished in room, espresso machine out of order, etc. Some unfriendly/ unhelpful staff members...

Loved that it was couples only and its location was perfect. We loved the piano bar sing-a-longs and the staff.
The internet was terrible. We also didn't love that we had to make reservations for dinner, snorkeling, etc. It felt stressful having to "think" that much when all we wanted to do was relax and just "show up." The food was mediocre.
