The hotel was very clean, great location, and the staff were very friendly. They serve an amazing breakfast. The staff are very helpful. It is also very quiet
The water had an awful smell in the shower and sink, The beds were very firm, not comfortable at all. You have to pay 18 per night to park,

Beautiful first class property. Very spacious room with all amenities, comfortable bed, very clean and smelling nice.
Breakfast was blah so went to eat out instead.

The hotel was gorgeous. Loved the pool area and the bar in the evening with the complimentary drinks. Bar staff lovely.
The check in out staff were both a bit glum. Not as nice as the bar staff.

What we most enjoyed about the property was the location. It was 15 minutes from Disney World. It was also central to restaurants and stores. It was right off of the highway which was perfect because it made it easier to get to our destinations. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The employees were friendly and helpful. They would text me throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything which was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the what we loved most was how spacious the room was. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you like firm pillows but I have no complaints about this hotel. They also provide free breakfast in the morning which is a plus. We will definitely be returning!

This hotel was clean and beautiful. Room was in excellent shape. We stayed down on I drive for a few nights at another embassy suites and the room was small, overpriced, and had a lot of small things wrong like loose plumbing and loose screws
Not the hotels fault but a large school group showed up and the kids ran up and down the hallways the moment they got there and were very loud in the hallways. The rooms thankfully were very quiet and once you got into the bedroom you didnt hear noise
