Not allowed in for breakfast as we were 5 minutes late, 9.30am was an early cut off time.

Reception area large and cold, couldn’t wait to rush through it. Restaurant menu very over priced which put me off eating there. Had to drive to access other places to eat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room service menu had a limited choice the food was of good quality and delivered promptly. Room was of good size and bed comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was average, the eggs were dry, Bacon was hard, looks like they had been under the lamp a while. Didn't see an option on the menu to order an Omelette or Poached eggs.

A lovely Hotel, fab pool and spa facilities. Lovely Breakfast too.

Lack of hair conditioner in the room

Charmaine on reception was excellent

First room had a broken door lock so room was insecure. Second room had a toilet overflow that constantly ran so sounded like a fountain in the bathroom running all night

Absolutely beautiful place to stay the staff was all very attentive to all our needs it was a very pleasant stay the cleanliness was above and beyond especially for such a big hotel couldn't fault it well done to all xx We had a meal in the restaurant and it was beautiful as was the breakfast everything you need xx

The rooms were lush. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The pool and spa were so clean and inviting.

Need a clock in the restaurant/bar area. Not everyone wears a watch or carries a phone. Tip jar in bar would be good, lots of staff.

Only slept with one pillow; didn’t realise another one in the cupboard!Hallway corridor carpet full of crumbs and need a damn good hoovering up and down the bedroom corridor. Young children running round in the bar area past 9pm. Not allowed to sit in the restaurant to eat food past 9pm despite ordering it in the bar and everyone leaving and tables available; had to sit on a small low table for an evening meal. Wide strip of light showing underneath bedroom door. Hairdryer absolutely rubbish and very slow to dry my thick hair; would have dryed my hair quicker by blowing on it myself.

Perfect & beautiful location. 15 minutes drive away from Ironbridge.The restaurant serves lovely food.Spa facilities were great & I can highly recommend the massages.Close up, table magicians made our second evening, even more memorable.

The lack of a Jacuzzi is the only thing I can think of, but really not a deal breaker!

Room was large and well stocked and very clean. Pool was nice size

The pool showers lacked essential toiletries !
