All the activities. Easy to get a cab. Very nice staff

Food and taxes extremely expensive Toilet kept back washing without being in bathroom. Water tasted awful in refilling stations. Ice machines on floors3-5 Royal tower all were broken. 4 people in rm only 1 wash cloth n hand towel.

Water park included

extremely overpriced room rate, given that nothing is included for a resort. Some towels with blood, and not being changed after use. Pillow fillings are all lumped together, bumpy. No service after 5pm, and many more...

I come to the Atlantis to escape stressors of work life and float aimlessly for days on the amazing lazy/rapids river. But the staff from check in, to life guards, to room cleaning are all very welcoming and beyond courteous.

Prices of food/drink/sundries, of course, is the common and consistent complaint. But nothing outside of laziness prevented me from bringing me own items bought off-property.

Tons of dining options

Our room consistently smelled like mildew and made all of our sheets, towels and clothing damp throughout the trip. Smell smacks you in the face once you enter

Very friendly staff, clean, well maintained.

Prices for a buffet breakfast were way too high.

The location, the pools, water slides, options for activities.

Would be nice to have had a microwave in the room.

The sea turtles. Also - life guards everywhere; there was always staff around the pools. Great prices for food and lots of choices

Spa, elevator was not working so my aunt who had knee surgery had to go up 3 flights of stairs, and the jets in hot tub were broken

They are rude and charge 10% VAT and 15% Gratuity for every consumption.

They rip off every customer in the hotel. No shuttle to the airport even though they said that on the website, the fridge didn't work so my bucket of milk went bad. They charged for another person in the booked room and double-calculated the resort fees.

I would?ve liked the park if I was able to go down the stairs, but they don?t have handicap accessibility. They?re elevators are not working.

The room has a strong smell of mold let the front desk know. They moved me to another room that was worse than the first one even the housekeeper could smell it outside the door when I open the door she was like oh my God. . they have no working elevators

My wife got poked with a dirty hypodermic needle and the hotel didn?t do anything to rectify the situation. She now has to be on HIV meds for the next month and get routinely tested. It ruined our trip and left us with hospital bills. filthy hotel

Great views and location of hotel, right next to the beach.

This place is OVERPRICED! I booked the royal but was moved to the cove which was nice but had to walk/shuttle everywhere to hav access to everything I have a toddler with me so very tiring . NOTHING IS INCLUSIVE! $--/3 nights plus pay for everything!

Loved the water park!

No available dinner reservations for any of the restaurants for the 5 days I was there. I wish I would have known that you need to make dinner reservations at least one week before arrival.

Location.

We booked early hoping to get a good deal. Later on we realized there was a big price drop. Disappointed!! Service in the fine dining restaurant was mediocre considering the price. Beach is a long walk. Hotel is set far from the ocean.

It has alot of activities to do and it is a beautiful place

Staff was not that Friendly and they allow cruise ship passengers to come during the day which make the lines to the water rides long

Shampoo caps were broken, staff not too accomodating to anything out of ordinary, transit lounge shampoo bottles were empty in shower

The beach, fish tanks & waterpark

Many staff members did not seam happy to be in the service industry. The happy staff members made up for the unhappy one's. Watersports like paddle boarding should be free or less expensive. No event communication and maps and sings unhelpful.
