From the marvelous decor, the wonderful layout, the stunning view of the Taj Mahal, the beauty of the terrace to the kindness of the staff and even the perfect temperature of the water in the pool, this hotel is a delight.

Although the food was good, the restaurant staff seemed disorganised. We were asked by at least three different waiters if we had ordered. A young woman asked if she could bring us water and never did. When I mentioned it to her later, figuring it would be better to give her feedback directly rather than mentioning it here, her response was, "Well, I am the hostess."

Mr Arpan and his entire team made our stay truly unforgettable! They treated our engagement celebrations with the utmost respect and care, creating an experience that was nothing short of fantastic. The thoughtfulness that goes into every aspect of the service here is beyond anything we’ve experienced in hotels around the world. The team is incredible, and the property itself is absolutely mind-blowing. We can’t wait to come back next year to celebrate again - this hotel now holds a very special place in our hearts!

The staff was so kind and thoughtful. We were just married, so they made our stay special by decorating our room and giving us some gifts. Also, the service was great in the restaurants.

The highlight of my trip to India was my stay at Oberoi. The hotel is incredibly beautiful but what makes it special is the staff! Their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail was beyond anything I’ve seen in any other hotel that I’ve stayed in. Special mention to the F&B manager, Mayank who made sure my stay was unforgettable!!

Property is great , location is exactly what hat you would want in Agra but overpriced for the facilities inside the room.

The staff are friendly and the food is excellent.The room in general is nice and the bathroom is clean, but there’s tow observations about the room

- The room floor (wooden floor)is not clean with stains and worn out.- Second note: Construction work since early morning next to our room and hammering without regard for the guests.- The receptionist should have apologized upon departure, but he said that there was no maintenance or renovation work.

The amazing people and the gorgeous hotel interiors and swimming pool. The views from our room balcony was also very pretty - we could see the Taj Mahal and also the gorgeous swimming pool and gardens.

This is an outstanding property! The service, the attention to detail, food, rooms are the best I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are nicely appointed and have a breathtaking view of the Taj Mahal. I would rate this as a six star hotel - you get what you pay for!

The grounds, location and architecture were breathtaking! Proximity to the Taj Mahal and views from our room can’t be beat.

The dining left room for improvement. Overall the dinner at the fine dining restaurant was disappointing and the service was slow. Breakfast was very good but not exceptional.

Room is a once in a lifetime experience, i will never forget to waking up to such an amazing view. Everything is amazing in this hotel from the staff, food, pool and location. I think this is hands down best hotel in Agra and one of the best i've ever stayed in.

Price might be a little high but totally worth it.

This is a stunning property inside and out, the service was impeccable, and the food delicious, particularly at Esphahan. If I had to give feedback I would say that getting around the property involved negotiating lots of steps which might affect accessibility issues.

It's always about the people - you can stay at amazing properties but if the service is not quite there and not always a smile it makes a difference - the Oberoi staff are amazing, it feels like you are coming home after not seeing family for months, they look after you so well and are so pleased to see you - we loved it
