Comfortable but personnel should be more attentive
Clean. Warm.
Réception lady was very « cool » and unresponsive. Irritable even. Not suited to service industry.
Biggest problem was that shower tap was broken so could not change temperature. Water so scalding hot I couldn’t take a shower.

Excellent for getting the early morning plane from Humberside.
I didn't have breakfast. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Television service good. Practical as near to the airport terminal. Bathroom adequate and clean, complimentary soap, body wash etc.
The room could have been cleaner. The chair had fluff and crumbs on it and the kettle was full of nasty-looking scale residue. Actually the corridor could have been aired as both corridor and my room had a very strong male smell. The pillows ditto although pillow cases and duvet cover were very fresh and clean.
I parked inadvertently in a public paying carpark as the sign for the hotel carpark was only visible when right in front of your nose. However, the staff explained to me how to get the parking fee annulled.
