In Southampton’s center, Novotel looks over the port and is just 1312 feet from the train station. This smoke-free hotel features a restaurant and an indoor swimming pool and fitness center. WiFi is available and is complimentary. Other amenities include a bar/lounge, a sauna and paid self parking. All 121 rooms provide conveniences such as sofa beds and electric kettles, plus 24-hour room service. LCD TVs, mini-bars and free bottled water are among the other amenities available to guests. The hotel is next to West Quay Retail Park, and less than 15 minutes’ walk from Southampton’s central shops and 5 adjacent parks. The Elements Restaurant offers modern food. - The location was good for the reason I came to Southampton and your staff is your biggest asset!
Cons -
- No telephone in room and no blankets on bed

- The Hotel wasn¿t very clean, was expecting more for the price we paid. Some of the staff were very nice, others didn¿t care or weren¿t nice. Please note the rooms don¿t have A/C and u can barely open the windows. They give u a fan which doesn¿t help.
