Tulip Inn Beaune

Staff, especially the 2 young men at the reception desk, were extremely helpful and courteous.

Just had difficulty in locating the hotel. When we finally did, it was relatively easy to return after a day of activity.

Easy to reach from the highway, secured parking, excellent breakfast and acceptance of pets.

We planned to have dinner there, but there was a group that reserved the whole restaurant, fortunately there were many other restaurants close by

Easy to get to. Beds are very comfortable.

Toilet wasn't the best and sounds of water in the general pipes can be heard all the time.

Friendly staff and an early check-in. We enjoyed a 20 minute flat walk to town centre. Comfortable room and enough room for baggage. A quiet place

It was a decnt size room for a one night stay

They gave us a room on the second floor with no elevator. I had assumed that there were no rooms at all on the ground floor. But later, after we were settled, i saw that there were rooms on the ground level. I should have asked for a change, but by then we had already moved in to our room, so we didn't bother to ask for a change.

Room good. Didn't take breakfast. Cleanliness OK.

the swimming pool before or after a hot day is really welcome. being able to park in front of the door is great. being able to use the pool in the morning before leaving was enjoyable.

breakfast was not interesting, but the evening dinner was good. the hotel is clean but old and could use some overall lifting.

Clean comfortable room and bed, great breakfast, good location. Close to the old city, and near to the highway also.

A little confuse to find the hotel, nice staff restaurant available and food was super, the only thing is missing is the kettle, coffee and tea in the bedroom, for have a rest after a long journey is perfect.

Easy plentiful secure parking (might not be the case high season). Good that there was a restaurant inside the hotel..

It was difficult to find I think it has recently been renamed - the old name, Carline was far more prominent than Tulip. Our GPS took us to another part of town, but Google got it right.Rooms were rather tired and small, but that goes with the price. Having no kettle was inconvenient.

It was ok. Don’t expect luxury, but that’s also what we paid for. Just a night stop over in a hotel. Reception was friendly and spoke some English. Breakfast is good, but not that many people at breakfast.

Pleasant room with a very good shower. The lobby area was roomy and comfortable.

The room where breakfast was served was a little dark.

Good location, reasonably priced and a good breakfast for 11 euros if required.

Nothing really. There had been some recent improvements which were continuing so when completed will be even better.

The hotel emailed after booking that the restaurant would not be open. We booked because there was a restaurant. The receptionist was asked for an extra pillow. She said there was one in the room, we needed another. She did not know where to get one. Noticed the fire door to bedrooms had cracked glass, not safe. Decor very tired. Room very small. No kettle for making drinks. Slept poorly due to lack of pilllow. Very dissapointed as having previously stayed at neighbouring Kryiad, this hotel seemed to have more to offer.

Was a stop to sleep overnight and left before breakfast. We had a great dinner at an Italian restaurant 100m away that served us after 9pm. So we cannot judge the location other than it is about 1km from the motorway and there are 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy

We weren’t expecting too much as it was extremely cheap so we’re extremely surprised at how lovely it was. Really clean, lovely staff, comfy bed. We would definitely return as a one or two night stop over

We would have liked a kettle in our room but other than that, for the price it is fantastic
