Copper Point Resort

Pool, hot tub and room shower were all excellent

4 night stay and staff never entered room once. We had to replenish our coffee from maid carts and same with towels

Bed was very hard and rooms were not very sound proof

The pools were great, so warm and good sizes. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids shared the double pullout couch. All the staff were very nice.

Nice new hotel, good location near the mountains.

Room was quite small and food in restaurant was mediocre.

Close to the highway

I could hear people in the hallway and neighbors. Additionally, when you book a room within 24 hours, you don't have a option to get full refund which is not mentioned on the web site, hence misleading customers

Noise level was louder than many less expensive hotels we've stayed in. Ground floor room did not have any view except the tennis court and a bush.

The pool and hot tubs were amazing and the modern look of the hotel.

There was a young kids hockey tournament in town and the hotel was nuts with kids running around knocking on doors and being loud up and down the hallways. This is not the hotels fault but it impacted our stay at the hotel.

The suite was great. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is close to lots of great activities. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in.

The changing room for the pool and hot tub smelled bad. We went into the change rooms once and then avoided them. We used the washrooms inside the hotel instead of the pool change rooms.

Underground parking was a big plus for me, and the resort was clean and very nice. The pools were not very deep but nice for lounging and swimming laps. The internet was decently speedy and I had no issues streaming Youtube.

The only gripe I had was that they hid the Kleenex in a drawer and not out where you might expect it to be. Other than that I had a pleasant stay.

Fabulous outdoor pool as well as two outdoor hot tubs in addition to the indoor pool. Each room has a patio or balcony and ours had two chairs and a table for enjoying time in the early morning sun.

Top bed sheet had a stain but otherwise room was very clean.

It's gorgeous - wish we thought to stay more than one night!

It's not downtown and requires driving - we had a car so it all worked out!

A great experience overall. Very nice resort and would definetly stay there again. Comfortable, sound proof rooms with great beds and bedding -Pillows could've been better. Friendly staff and lots to do right there on site with outside courts and pools!

We ate at the Cooperpoint restaurant downstairs and were dissapointed with the quality of food....not that great and came cold. Wouldn't eat there again, although we loved our stay at the resort. Internet was very glitchy in our room.

The bed was comfortable

The shower was dirty. Clogged with hair. And the room is showing wear on all furniture. The room is also poorly laid out.

The location and ground were beautiful. Was there for a wedding and the food was excellent. Room was very small but clean, patio area was not very clean. The suites were large and very nice.

Only a double bed in the regular rooms and one chair. Not even a desk. No smoking allowed even on patios.

Dim lighting in rooms making it hard to read in the evening. No king size beds.

Placement of some of the light switches were a little awkward. The BBQ grill wasn't clean.

I felt there wasn't enough lighting in the room and that the single queen bed room didn't have much space in them.
