Had to make other arrangements because the property did not accommodate my request.

When I made this reservation I did not realize the apartment was on the third floor and had no elevators. I was travelling with my 79 year-old mother that had a lot of mobility issues. I do understand the cancellation period had expired at mid night the night before, but it was still morning the next day, and two days before check-in, when I contacted Duplex Lisboa. The property never acknowledge my request, or provided me with a response. I also contacted [Link Redacted] that same morning. Unfortunately, Booking could not help me; which was quite disappointing. My last interaction with a [Link Redacted] help desk agent was way below what I had experienced in the past. The agent seemed eager to get rid of me, and was no help at all. TI sure learned my lesson: be aware of good deals that seem to good to be true.
