Pros +

• Good location and great breakfast options The gloves outside to sit in are a lovely touch to the place and its a real sun trap.

Cons -

• Had to pay 20 to check in after 10.30pm, which Ive never experienced at a hotel before. Then when my partner got to the room, the door handle broke in the bathroom and she got locked in, thankfully she had her phone. The onsite staff member said theyd come fix it the next day, but nobody did, so we couldnt shut the bathroom door the whole weekend, which isnt ideal for a romantic weekend away! The water fountain outside goes all night, some might find this relaxing but for neurodiverse people its a nightmare and kept me awake. Partner couldnt make the breakfast so my friend met up with me, staff said she couldnt take the breakfast that was for my partner, despite it being paid for inclusive of the price and they also didnt have my partners name on the booking, so we had to buy another breakfast! The staff were overworked and not enough of them to support such a busy breakfast. The signs up around the place are very negative, first one on the door says we are not a public toilet the whole vibe there was just very negative. We wouldnt stay here again.
