Nothing I can think of

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in over the last several years. We had tickets to the FedEx championship and it was 6 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

What’s not to like.

Room was nice and comfortable. The pool was great and fitness center was okay, minus kids running in and out without parent supervision. Customer service was okay. They kept apologizing for things they didn’t have which was a lot.

Room was only cleaned once since we were there Ace we had to ask for that. We had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk in order to get new ones. Business center was down, breakfast was horrible. Didn’t have enough food for guest. They stopped serving food about 9:15, so if any guest didn’t eat breakfast before then they were out of luck, breakfast was over at 10. Server kept saying we reached it to general manager but he not responding to inform him of things they were out of.

I liked the location.

No vending/store on site. Spotted several insects in my room. No cups in bathroom or near coffee machine.

Room was clean.

The coffee cups were not holiday inn they were from the hotel next door, the breakfast area was missing about half of what was supposed to be there and they only had forks no spoons. There were no lids for the coffees. Hallways smelt like poop.

I love the location, cleaniness.

Our check out time was 11 house keeping beating on our door at 10 asking were we staying or leaving, we told her we leaving at 11.I mean that was an e Tran 45min of sleep we could have gotten.We had to get a room for another night we just devider to find another hotel that was very rude for us.

Nice hotel & friendly

The location was great , right near the interstate which made it easy to travel to our destinations.

Didn't like the fact that my nephew made the reservation for me under the impression that I was to pay when when my stay was completed. However, they charged my stay to his credit card he used to secure the room the same day that I checked into the hotel. Then, when I left ( upon checkout) I paid in cash. So, the room was paid for twice. It took them several days to find someone who could correct the error. That was ridiculous.

Rooms have nice beds. Good water pressure in showers

Smells. Rooms smell like smoke. Weird back alley location. Old.

We liked the common areas of the hotel. The staff was helpful. The room's bathroom was adequate for our needs. The location was great for easy freeway access.

The room, particularly the sheets, smelled of cigarette smoke. I know that's some other hotel guest breaking the rules, but it left a bad impression of the hotel. Considering how close it is to Germantown, I expected a better property.
