They charge $5 for coffee cups in the lobby but the coffee is free? Also they charge an unadvertised resort fee.

The location was within 15 minutes of the Park. About 35 minutes to the visitor center

The $5 cup of coffee in lobby! Was told at checkout this was for the Styrofoam cup and not the coffee. Parking wad tough after dark

The location of the hotel in the valley by the bank of Merced River is absolutely stunning! Very scenic peaceful place to stay. Thank you.

Our room number was 103. As we entered the bedroom, it had strong smell of urine coming from the floor. We stayed for two nights. Both nights and days we lived uncomfortably with that strong smell. We did not lodge any complaint. Must shampoo the carpet.

No microwave. We wanted ground level because of knee surgery and they purposely have us room 436

Will not recommend base on the services from the staff members. Front desk staff rude and failed to provide services ask requested. Food and restaurants in poor state. Bathtub will not drain. Bathroom fan does not turn off and stays on all night

Location was perfect. Such a great hotel in the middle of nowhere. Pools and hot tubes were fun and the restaurants were a pleasant surprise. And full kitchen in room was perfect. We’d return.

Parking was ample but not close to our room so we had to illegally park to pack up. Shower head was a bit low for me. Also, we didn’t know our room would have a full kitchen. Hard to complain, but we would have brought in different food for dinner.

Unlike what I read prior arrival. WiFi from my room was actually good. I stayed at room 518 next to the swimming pool.

Looks like underneath the bed never got cleaned

We had a decent size room, larger than expected. The room came with a refrigerator and large screen TV. There were two pools, one outside and one in doors. We enjoyed the hot tub. Large game room with ping-pong and other games.

No elevator, we had to walk up two flights of stairs to our room. No microwave in the room. No coverage for my phone network. Sketchy or no Wi-Fi.

This location is by the river and is very charming.

The main restaurant was not open, and the diner was absolutely awful.

It's clean, friendly, great room large, close to town and beach and other destinations

Had hot spot in lobby.

Ceader is very outdated. Room we got smells funny. Room did not have microwave which was very disappointing. Feels very unsafe while we were there.

No room cleaning for multiple night stay, inadequate coffee and creamer supplies.

Room was clean and good size.

Heat was noisy. Coffee maker did not work. Handle on toilet was loose. Noisy neighbors.

Room floor and furniture needs renovation. I would say it is good value for the money ,but not exceptional.

Carpet and furnitures need update.

Location is really good and price is much better than staying in the valley.
